Most of us would prefer working remotely for several reasons...how about resigning during remote? Do you like it?
In my case, I am not...
I missed those warm shake hands...
I missed those hugs
I missed my colleagues and friends tapping on my back/shoulders to find out about my plans.
I missed those conversations where my colleagues were trying to gather information from me
before I left.
I missed several lunches...official farewell lunches...unofficial lunches...dinners...happy hours.
I missed the farewell souvenirs.
My separation process, aka exit interview, was less than 120 seconds...:)
